Brian went salmon fishing and caught an 8 pounder! Salmon is my all time favorite fish, so I was very happy with his catch. As Brian was filleting the fish for the first time I was looking on the Internet how to actually do it and then report back my findings. It's not as easy as it looks, let's just say we have about 2 pounds of meat left over. Still plenty for a small family and whoo-hoo we have several fillets in the freezer for future dinners.
Jackson was very interested in "Dada's feese", but didn't want to get too close as usual. He's a very cautious boy, however he wouldn't leave Brian's side the entire time he was gutting and filleting the fish either. Good times.

Jackson's face is always the best.

Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to start leaving comments -- could be good or bad! I read your posts right after you post because they come to my email and I always have something to say, but never leave the comment.
I have to tell you I was intrigued by the title. Good for Brian in catching his fish. I think about your beaches all of the time!
