Easter was really fun; Jackson is old enough to enjoy the festivities and there were plenty this year. On Saturday our neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt, clowns, bouncy jumpers, candy and popcorn for all. We spent the afternoon with our friends hunting for eggs, and parading around the neighborhood. It was really cute and lots of little kids showed up. Afterwards we headed up to the hospital for another egg hunt, but we were a minute late and we missed it. We did get our picture taken with the Easter bunny, but those are on Brian's phone and will have to be added later. We spent the rest of the afternoon at the park with some of Brian's friends from work. Sunday was a failed attempt to get the kids to sit through sacrament, then another failed attempt to meet some friends at the park - we got rained out, but Easter dinner turned out and we enjoyed lounging around while it stormed outside. Then finally on Monday we were able to do our family Easter egg hunt at Shore Acres. We did this last year and decided to make a tradition of if. However it was much warmer last year. Jackson even wore shorts but this year it was freezing outside, beautiful but freezing! Here are our pictures from the fun holiday weekend.
