SANTA
I pulled Jackson out of bed 2 hours before he normally wakes up to sit on Santa's lap this morning. Brian's office had a Christmas breakfast for all the employees and their families at 7:00 am then Santa came to hand out gifts and visit each child. Jackson was the youngest one there and the last one to sit on Santa's lap. Not his favorite activity as you can see above, he did however enjoy the Little Tikes truck Santa gave him.
I was really impressed with "Santa's little helper" Cathy, as she found out what each child was in to and provided appropriate gifts for them. The kids all sang Jingle Bells and gave Santa hugs as he left. It was really cute, I just wish Jackson wasn't so terrified. Maybe next year he'll relax a bit.
In other news, I had another doc appointment this morning. I'm still at a 4 and 50% effaced. My doctor offered to induce me next Monday, but I rather wait until the baby is ready to come on her own . . . unless I'm overdue. I'm not terribly uncomfortable so I'm just going to keep waiting for her to finishing cooking.
