New Favorites

Jackson seems to be changing and finding new interests every day. Brian and I keep shaking our heads at his new obsessions, but have to laugh at what a cutie he is too. Here are a few of my favorites. . .
  • Wearing his "wee-ooo" hat whenever he finds it. (Even at church)
  • Wearing his rainboots, regardless of the weather.
  • Watching Finding Nemo and asking for it by saying "Watch Nemo, Sark, Dooor-EEEE"
  • Chanting "shark-bait-oo-ah-ah!" with Brian.
  • Noticing when Nemo is sad and scrunching his face and saying in his best sad voice, "Nemo sad."
  • Calling Marlin "Nemo" and Nemo, "baby Nemo".
  • Wanting to eat on a chair at the table instead of his highchair.
  • Saying "Sorry, Mom, sorry" whenever he bumps you or drops something. ('Mom' can be replaced with Dad, Bear, chair or anything he feels apologetic to.)
  • Wanting "more A" in the car over and over, which is the ABC song.
  • Calling pumpkins "Pumps".
  • Playing pretend with his animals - wrapping them in blankets, feeding them snacks, putting them to "nigh nigh" complete with turning the lights off and the fan on, then wispering as to not wake them.
  • Squeeling with delight and shaking his jazz hands in the air when he sees a friend or neighbor he recognizes.
  • Wanting to snuggle before bed, which he calls "nigh nigh mom". - LOVE it!
  • Sleeping so well and still loving his books and puzzles as his favorite past time.
  • My all time favorite - pounding his chest twice then pointing at you when he wants to say "I love you!"

Seriously, how did you get so lucky? And how did Nathan get so lucky to have Jackson as his BFF???

Oh, his little personality is just as cute as his yummy face.
That's adorable with his little animals...practice, practice for his upcoming obsession...his baby sister!
We love ya.
Enjoy trick or treats!

I can say our family is also unanimous when it comes to Jackson pounding on his chest to say "I love you"!! WE LOVE IT!!

Kid obsession's can be parents great entertainment. At least most the time. Hailey has the Marsha Marsha Marsha syndrome right now of re-doing and brushing her hair well over 10 times a day. Not so fun obsession for mom.
