Last weekend we were so excited for great weather and a visit from family. John, Anne and Chad flew into Eugene on Saturday and made the 2 hour trek to Coos! It was such a great weekend for us, particularly for Jackson; he loves his grandparents and Uncle Chad so much.
Highlights of the weekend: Fish & Chips, talking, walks on the beach, snuggles from Grammy, searching for aggots, talking, dinner by the bay, story time with Grampa, piggy back rides, talking, Chad getting casted by Brian, staying up late talking, driving along the coast, walks at sunset, banana bread and more talking!
We were sad to see them go first thing Monday morning. After Jackson's nap that afternoon he grabbed a book and walked straight to their bedroom. Finding it empty he flipped his hands up and said, "uhm?"
We can't wait for their next visit. Love you guys!
