I had my big ultrasound yesterday and was so happy to hear that everything is going well & growing how it should so far. We loved hearing the heartbeat and seeing the little one wiggle and squirm around. It just makes me so anxious to meet this little guy and see who he's going to look like.
Brian was not thrilled about the idea of waiting to find out the sex but he's willing to hang in there with me until the time of delivery. I just think it will be such a cool experience to find out whether it's a boy or girl when the baby is born ! I was worried the sonographer (sp?) would accidentally show us the gender but she didn't even look down there. So we will all be pleasantly surprised in 4 more months.
That's another thing . . . only FOUR more months! How fast is this going by? Is it because I'm busy with two little ones at home? Or because I'm feeling much better than I did with Addison's pregnancy? Either way I'm loving that the time is flying by.

Cutest little profile. Is it just me or does it look like boy already? (My gut says boy. What do you think?)
The shot above shows the little one stretching his leg straight over his head! I'm not surprised, I do this all the time at home.
Above you can see his little arm up to his face and then the umbilical cord on the top right.

That was my first thought-that it was a boy when I saw the first ultra sound. Can't wait to meet this little person!!!! Thank you, again, for the wonderful time we had-Love you guys!
I'm so excited for you and your family, Heather! These photos are amazing, too. I can't believe how much detail they can show. Unreal. I'm sure he or she is going to be absolutely precious. :) Congratulations!
I 100% agree with Anne. When I saw the picture, that was my first thought. And then when I read that you thought it looked like a boy profile, I didn't feel so crazy for thinking that. Amazing details.

Congrats Heather and Brian -- I think I am just one week ahead of you. I was 24 weeks on Saturday. I had another ultrasound today --still definitely a BOY (Gabe)! Best wishes with the rest of your pregnancy (my vote is it's a boy!--but then that's what is on my mind). Mindy
Feathers...my initial thought was that we already knew it was a little girl...sooo I think she looks like a girl with a cute little turned up nose....but, then, what about all the awesome boy names you have?!?! hmm a puzzlement!
