Alive & Kicking

So over the last week or two I thought I had felt the baby move, but after my last doc appointment I realized this was not the case. Where I felt the baby and where the baby actually is right now are no where near each other. Oh. Woops.

However, today I felt a definite baby movement down low where the doc found the heartbeat! There is no denying this one my friends.

I am always happy to have more confirmation that all is well. At my appointment last Thursday I was able to hear the heart beat for the first time. It took her a while to find it, but then at last, there it was loud and clear. It was so exciting. It still amazes me that this (pregnancy) is actually possible and normal - it just blows my mind. I just look at Jackson and can't believe I have another cutie growing in me. How lucky am I?

I always loved confirmation too. I remember how relieved I was when the doctor heard the heartbeat. Even still, Mark ended up bringing home a heart monitor from work on a couple of occasions when fetal movements were not occurring as often. Until the baby is delivered, it seems there is always something to worry about. Oh wait, that worrying never seems to stop does it? The love of a mother...

You are such a lucky lady!
Getting to hear the heartbeat always tickled me. It always reminded me of the sound of a little choo-choo train.

So lucky in deed! We are way excited for you guys. My cousin used to always remind the pregnant moms 'to enjoy every minute of the baby growing inside you, you will never have that child so close to you again'.
love ya!

When Tyson saw the slide show he loved it. He also saw your babymeter and asked where the twin was.
He remember that Jackson could have been one, but thought it was this one.
Cute.
