Rocky Point - Day 4

Jason had been sleeping outside in one of the tents because apparently his room was a little noisy at night. (Anna coughing and Tate waking up several times in the night) So Jason is in one tent and Dayton in the other when several hours after the wind picked up in the night, one of the tents blew off while one of the men was still in it. . . . hmmmm who's tent would it have been - if you're just going off of past history of luck? Yep! You guessed it! Jason's tent blew into the neighbor's yard in the night - while he was under it. All was well - he got it back and found somewhere else to sleep.

When we woke up on Day 4 the winds were blowing so hard; it made the waves HUGE! Which was a fun change. Not great for the photo shoot Natalie wanted of all the girls in our matching cover-ups she bought us, but what do you do? Nate and Marisol also made it into town the night before, so we finally have pictures of them and their kids. The tide came in higher than we've ever experienced before. It went all the way to our house! It was great to sit on our wall and watch the kids dive in the waves. Jackson was not shy either.

We all ate out at Hacienta las Fuentas, a really nice restaurant in town. Brian and I ordered the chicken taco salad only to discover that salad wasn't one of the ingredients, nope - just chicken with a little salsa and guacamole. Yum Yum.

My Dad brought all the kids light savers to play with in the dark. Huge hit. Jackson & Tate showed off their matching froggy jammies. Brian made Jackson some interesting "jewelry" with the light saver thingies. No camp fire tonight due to high winds. Another great day!
