Jackson has always loved us to read to him and now we can not get through the books fast enough. He prefers to sit on our laps for each reading session. After I've read him several he has to hurry and flip through the pages himself. However, he is just as content reading on his own. Tonight he picked up a book by himself and pointed to the pictures talking giberish.
His favorite right now is the Pirate Book that Aunt Shauna gave him. Brian has taught him how to make his finger into a hook and say "Arrrhg". He does it every time he gets to the end of the book where the pirate is. Now all we have to say is get your Pirate book and he knows exactly which one to bring over. This has become our favorite bedtime ritual.

He's growing too fast. *love that little pony he rides on.
Little kids books are the best. That was my way of napping with Tyson fo 2 years, with him in my lap reading book after book til we both would finally fall alseep in the recliner.
